Abby came to us as a lonely Old English Sheepdog from Oklahoma.  Her master past away a few months ago and the family where Abby was living just didn't have enough time for her.  Abby was well taken care of and healthy but she was lonely and didn't get any exercise.  She is just a little overweight and the pads on the bottom of her feet were so soft, it hurt her walk on gravel or hard surfaces.

Judy and Dennis fostered Abby.  Judy gave her a beautiful haircut.  They improved her diet and slowly built up Abby's exercise.

Noe had his new home built for his sheepdog.  Now is it Noe's and Abby's home.

We think this is Abby telling Noe, "Thank you for my new Forever Home".

Then it was Abby's BIG DAY.  Judy and Dennis (and their sheepdog, Murphy) took Abby to meet her new human, Noe.

Noe has a real soft spot for sheepdogs.  Noe is an experienced sheepdog person and has had sheepdogs for years.  Noe recently lost his beloved friend, Winston, who lived to be an unbelievable 18 years old.

Wow!  Look at Abby's new backyard.

Can life get any better than this?
