Look, I can sit up!

Hi!  This is Elizabeth , Bentley's adopter/mother, just wanting to send an update.  Bentley has become quite the Sheepie, weighing in at nearly 100lbs!  He completed a training course a while back and was one of the best in his class.  Aside from knowing how to sit, wait, come, etc, he also learned to roll over, sit up (see picture), and shake.  This last summer I discovered that he loves to fish, and can stare for hours into the pond waiting for one to appear.  He loves meeting other dogs and people, and will try to play with even the littlest dogs in the park (which I'm sure scares them to death)!
I've attached some photos of Bentley from the past few months, along with one of my mom's (Barbara) dog, Totse.  She got Totse from the OES rescue many years ago (he's listed with Annie on the Happy Tails page), and I was wanting to give an update on him.  I am very sad to say that Totse had to be put to sleep a few months ago after battling bone cancer.  He had to have one of his hind legs amputated, but after only two rounds of chemotherapy, the cancer returned in another leg and then showed up in his lungs.  Totse was my mom's absolute favorite OES ever and is terribly upset to have lost him.  He was cremated with his favorite over-sized stuffed toy and rests in a beautiful mahogany box in the library.
