The 2005 Rescue Picnic was a smashing success.

We had beautiful weather, good bar-b-que, tasty side dishes brought by all, and many sheepers.

Again Steve and Donna graciously opened their home to the Rescue group and all of the Adopters.
The day was filled with walks on the many trails in the woods, exchange of rescue stories,
bidding on the many items at the silent auction, honoring our babies who have gone to
Rainbow Bridge at a "Celebration of Life" ceremony, and ending the day
by sitting around a campfire sharing a glass of wine and songs.

We certainly enjoyed seeing all of our Adopters and their sheepers again,
and deeply regret that some of you could not attend.  We'll have one next year
around the same time, so mark your calendar early.
