Steve and Donna,

We thought you might enjoy seeing Buggs with some of his new family.  This one includes two of my sons and their spouses.  Barney, the golden retriever puppy, hasn't learned to look at the camera.

Cheers,
Al

BUGGS ADOPTS A FOREVER FAMILY

Buggs decided he would adopt Becky and Al to be his forever family.  Buggs is lucky because Becky and Al are wonderful people who love Old English Sheepdogs – and Becky and Al are lucky because Buggs is a fantastically good sheepdog.

Al and Becky drove over 700 miles each way to adopt Buggs.  When people go to that much effort for one of the sheepdogs, we know they are going to love and care for them.

Here are some photos of Becky and Al meeting Buggs.  As you can see, it was love at first sight.

HERE IS A LETTER FROM BECKY AND AL ABOUT BUGGS.

I thought I would give you an update on how things are going with Buggs.  You will be happy to know that he is still doing great...we had a long, long walk today on one of the area's great hiking trails.  Buggs was joined by my step son and his young golden retriever but Buggs wasn't very interested in this young kid who very much wanted to play.  Buggs also didn't know how to deal with folks riding bicycles on the path. He came home and worked on his Sunday bone.  Is he used to getting up around 5:00 in the morning???

Al and I have our first supply of BARF (Bones And Raw Food) diet made and in the freezer.  We were so tired after making up Bugg's food that I had cereal for dinner and Al had a cheese sandwich.  We laughed about making gourmet meals for our dog and then eating such boring meals ourselves.
