Clarabelle is in her "forever"
home now. Here's what the owners wrote:
Steve and Donna, We are all doing quite well. Clarabelle (which somehow seems to be morphing in to Bella - she responds to the "b" sound more) seems to be quite at home here. The trip home yesterday was intense at times, but it was not nearly as bad as I thought it might be. She did very well last night tethered to my side of the bed and was quite patient while waking me twice for trips outside. left Bella and Jasper alone for a bit today, just to see how they are coping without a human referee involved. They have had a few spat over a toy or two but seem to be getting along pretty well. We also had a visit with the vet today, and I thought I might share a few things with you. 1) She has put on a few more pounds - up to 60! All and all it has been a busy but very positive day and 1/2. Thanks again for all you have done for us and all that you continue to do for so many. Here are a few pictures of her in her new habitat. (Don't mind the "evil Poodle eyes," that glow has to do with Jasper not having optic nerves.) Stephen & Joyce Note: These kind folks accepted the responsibility, and joy, of Jasper, when he was a puppy, knowing he was blind from a birth defect. |
