Hi my name is Cameo, I came to Houston from South Texas where a really
great person thought I deserved and better life than I had. So they
drove me all the way to Houston to start my search for a fur ever home
with the great people from the TxOES rescue. Thanks guys! I was living
at the groomers here in Houston but a really nice family of Sheepies,
and people opened their home to me two weeks ago and I have finally
learned what a real family is, and I would love to have one of my own
someday.
I have been with this active family for two weeks and I'm
doing great! They love me so much! My favorite is when my foster
brothers come home from school and play with me, and share snacks with
me too. At night I help tuck them into bed. They love me so much they
call me their Valentine.
Here are a few words about me from my foster Mom. I'm a
shy girl and this makes me blush a little but it's all true.

What can I say other than Cameo is doing great! I can not express what
an awesome dog she is. A true companion to love. She is very kind
hearted, great with children of all ages and other pets (sheepies,
geckos, and guinea pigs alike). I'm not quite sure if I have ever met
another dog as sweet, loving and gentle as Cameo.
Cameo truly deserves a very special fur ever home. The wonderful thing
is she would be the perfect companion to a child or even a retiree. She
just wants to please in every way.
Cameo loves to play with our girl sheepie Delanie, gets along great with
Thomas our male mamas boy sheepie, and our 3 pound Yorkie the boss of
the whole pack. She would be very happy with siblings of any kind two
or four legged or better both! Not too many though, because she is so
reserved I would not want her loose out on the attention she deserves.
Her patience could be a slight problem if she were in a household where
she got lost in the cycle. She is super well adjusted, walks great on a
leash (I can even walk Cameo and the two sheepies all at once), she is
housetrained, and crate trained, and knows how to sit, and wait for your
next command or move, already in just such a short time. What a smart
girl! She even learned from Delanie how to use the water dispenser on
the fridge to get a drink when she needs it. Sheepie see Sheepie do!
Cameo is the perfect dog, already trained, kind, extremely gentle and an
incredible companion. She is a very special girl, who deserves a very
special home. Thanks for giving us the chance to foster such a sweet
girl. It breaks my heart to know we won't have her forever but I just
know her real home is out there and her new family will be truly blessed
with the perfect dog!
Well that's pretty much my Canine Resume. Do you think
there might be a position available in your home for a beautiful,
gentle, loving, sweet, sheepie mix. If so please consider me for the
job!
