I'm happy to say that Lilly is doing great! We adopted Lilly in February of '08 and we enjoy her so much.  We find it funny how she plays like a kitten;  chasing everything from a fly outside in the yard to trying to "catch" the reflections of car lights that the come through our living room window.  Lilly is deaf, but she "listens" with her eyes.  She is very watchful, walking near a family member, sitting at someone's feet, and she does know hand signs.  She "listens" better than any of my five children who are hearing!  I am in sign language classes at a college, and I do believe that Lilly will assist me on some wonderful adventures in the deaf community when I graduate.
