Was
in Canada this week on business and got home last evening. Of course
Louie was absolutely enthralled that I was back home again. He knows my
car and knew that I had pulled into our drive. Anyway, we played this
morning in our back yard. We live in Magnolia but instead of referring
to our spread as a ranchette, we rather call it Colfax Cottage. Thus the
photo title "Louie playin' at Colfax Cottage". Louie is a good catcher...didn't know this the 1st week we had him. But throwing tennis balls and a couple of his toys in the air, even his small chew bone, he easily catches in mid-air. I discovered this by accident when tossing a tennis ball in his direction in our living room one evening and he just got up on his hind legs and grabbed it right out of the air. I think I said "Wow" when he did it the first time. Louie is getting his 1st bath (at his new home) later today. I'll let you know how that goes. Bark-bark, |
