Miss Macy is quite the traveler.  Her life started out in CA where a family adopted her from a shelter.  The family moved from CA to Austin, TX where they turned her in to a "kill shelter" because she was "herding the kids".  Imagine that!

TXOESR stepped in, and Amy fostered her in Houston.  Since Macy is a beardie mix, there were not many applications turned in for her.  Then came the contact from Dianna, a B.O.N.E. rescue angel in PA who had an approved applicant.  Macy boarded a plane, and off she flew to Dianna to foster until her furever family could drive from Buffalo, NY to get her.

Well, the pictures above shows that the travelin' girl finally found the home she always deserved.  Sandi and Jay K. sent these in, and love her very much.

Thanks, Dianna, for your involvement in helping Macy find the family she deserves.

Hi All,
As you can see our Macy has fit right in and taken over completely. The trip from Philladelphia to Buffalo was 7 hours and she was a real trooper...all she did was sleep and look out the window, we couldn't believe how good she was in the car. Just imagine in a little over one week she came from Texas to Philly to Buffalo, the girl gets around!!! She has taken to everyone and everyone has taken to her, she thinks she is the boss but some obedience training will help. Other than that she has been perfect no chewing, completely housetrained, she lets us brush her and she loves, loves to play. Macy has been a wonderful addition on to our home. Our thanks and prayers go out to all who worked so very, very hard to make us Macy's humans.....
Love,
Sandi, Jay and Macy K.
