Steve,

Attached are some recent pictures of  Beau and Jolie. We took them up to Tent Rock and hiked around. Beau is noticeably bigger than Jolie. Both are so beautiful inside and out.
1- The first picture is Beau on the left and Jolie on the right.

Jolie is a go getter for sure. Beau is energetic but more in a 'bear' kind of way.

2- The second picture is Beau in front and Jolie in the back.

3- The third picture is Jolie on the left and Beau on the right.

4- The fourth picture is from a recent walk by the house.
Beau is on the right and Jolie is on the left.

There are many things to share as this past year has flown and it is as if Jolie and Beau have always been here. They have been so much fun and so loving.
One thing we did was decide that we would celebrate their birthdays on November 3. Everyone needs a birthday and as we didn't have one for them, we picked one with in the time frame your vet had provided. We had a little party for them and have pics of that too.
So I have much more to share with you Steve.. but one thing I want to share with you right now is my deepest gratitude for allowing these beautiful lives in to my life.
I love them both so dearly and I so appreciate the end results of many ahead of me that have given to the OESR and have made this possible.
Thank you for the connection to my newest family members. :)

Hi Steve

Well these are two very beautiful, loving, wonderful pups. We adore them.  It has been some work to keep up with the 'accidents' but that is getting better. They play, and love and are so much fun and energy.

I feel so fortunate that you were my ultimate connection to them. Thank you again.

They are certainly what we needed in our family. There are so many cute stories, too many to tell. But it snowed again today. The previous snow has not melted out of the yards. They both look forward to going out side for their 'potty' break. I had to laugh. Today  I thought, that is all they have seen for the last week. :) I have not even seen this much snow for years.

Pudgey, our silky, was wagging  her tail when we first brought them for her to meet and seemed to want to meet them till Travis ran her over. Then she kept her distance for a few days. Now she has worked her way into eating around them. They go to sleep by her doing the day. Although at night, I do tether them to the side of my bed. They seem to be doing very well there at night.

These two babies have such different personalities. Travis seems like a big teddy bear or a Big Foot kind of quality. He sleeps on his back like he is a human. sooo cute

Martha can not get enough loving. She is quick to note any noise and bark out an alarm.. (which I appreciate). She surveys areas quickly. She is gentler with Pudgey. (as in reading her signals.) v.s. Travis who sorta bull dozes through them.

They both are so incredibly gentle, intelligent, happy, and affectionate puppies, I can not even imagine not having them.

I do believe the puppies are settling in now. I think it took a few days for them to realize that they were staying here. Because on the third day, they just seemed content, settled, and finding their favorite spots around the house.

After talking so much about them, I have family coming over to meet them tomorrow.

I will send more tomorrow.
