Dear humans,

My name is Polly.  My family had to move far away and they didn’t have room for me so the nice people at  Texas Old English Sheepdog Rescue are fostering me until they can find me a new home.  They promised me that they would find a perfect “forever” home for me where they would love me as much as I will love them.

I’m really healthy and in fine shape … except that I needed a “do” … as in “hair-do”.  My  coat was much too long and badly matted.

AHHH !!!  This feels much better.

I’m a little shy at first but I like people, kids and other dogs.  I’ve been spayed.  I’m completely up-to-date with my vaccinations.  I don’t have any of those nasty heart worms or any other kind of worms.  I weigh about 75 pounds. 

I’m only 3-1/2 years old.  Old enough to be past my chewing stage but young enough to love playing.  As you can see, I’m very affectionate and love my foster Mom and Dad.

 

Oh yeah, did I tell you I have one blue eye?

Are you ready to give me a home where I can stay forever?
