Annie using Rovie as a pillow

Rovie's new "forever home" parents wrote the below email.  (We love these emails!)

Sounds like he is exactly where he always wanted to be, with people who will love him and a friend to play with!  What more can one 4-legged human ask for!

Rovie is taking to his new home like a fish takes to water.  Not one time has he or Annie growled at each other.  This fact is very strange except for the fact that I prayed for their companionship.  Rovie wags his stub when we come up the stairs and he romps around the yard after Annie or away from Annie when we are out playing in the back yard.  Rovie is already starting to show his protectiveness toward us by standing on our front porch and barking at people who pull into our drive or knock on our gate.

We walk him every morning out on the beach and are getting ready to take him out in the evenings.  He is a wonderful new part of our family and seems to like it.  He had some difficulty with ours stairs at first but no he lumbers up or down them with the ease of a bull in a china shop.  Graceful he is not but full of love and affection he is.

I'll be sending some digital pictures just as soon as I can get a sunny day to catch his full beauty out in the sun.  Till then here is he and his sister Annie together after the ride home in the back seat together.
