Just wanted you to know that Sammie went to her new home today. Terre and I drove to Lake Charles, La to meet Patrick, Samatha's new "forever" Dad. Patrick came highly recommended from Sue Riha (he adopted "Wellington" a few months ago from Sue. Welly has been lonely and in need of a canine companion. Sammy fits the bill!)

When Patrick arrived home with Samantha he said he wasn't sure if Welly was happier to see him or to meet his new buddy. Welly liked her so much he allowed her to eat out of his bowl...Samantha is one lucky girl.
