OES, 2 to 2 1/2 years old, female,
gave birth to 6 OES mix aka an "OES Mostly" on January 18th, 2006

Hi, My name is Tally.  I was recently rescued from a local shelter while pregnant. The Doctor said I was Heart Worm negative. As you can see I am now Happy in my new foster home and very busy with my babies.

As Forest Gump once said "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what your going to get".     OES mix aka an "OES Mostly".

Now playing: "Theme from Forest Gump"

Tally and the "Six Pack"

Tetley (male) was the second puppy to climb out of the puppy compound. He has won Stephen over.

Badger (male) is the one with the black patch on his eye. Badger was the first to open his eye (yup, just one eye for two days and it was the black one too!) and the first one to climb out of the puppy compound.

Larkin (female), She’s the almost all black puppy; just a little white on her nose, chest and toes. She is the most restrained and serious puppy. Maybe it comes with being the oldest child. She is the only puppy who has not climbed out of the puppy compound.

Randall (male) He’s the only black male. He has a lot of white on his face and chest. Randall likes to instigate play (typical middle child?)

Tally will be Available for Adoption Soon. We will update this webpage as new pictures and information become available.

New Pictures

Badger, Tetley and Randall spend most of their time outside the puppy compound now. They run (well, sort of roll, stagger, run) toward us when we enter their room. Elgood climbs out of the puppy compound when something interesting is happening on the outside. I believe he doesn’t leave when his brothers do because Tally feeds them in the “compound” and he doesn’t want to risk missing a meal. Jenny will venture “over the edge” if almost everybody else is out. Larkin seems content to stay put, although if everyone is out, leaving her alone, she will whine and bark.

The puppies’ names are in response to Tally’s family being called a “six pack”. They are named after small old British breweries.

Jennings (Jenny, for short) (female), Jenny is black with a white “collar”. She is more adventurous than her sister, but less daring than her brothers.

Elgood (male), He’s the largest puppy, with the most white. He is usually the first to locate the lunch counter.
