8 years young • ~80lbs • male OES being fostered in El Paso, TX.
Dugan LOVES walks but he does lunge at passing animals and pull so he will need help working on his leash manners. He has been known to lovingly follow you around the house all day and sit right next to you (or even on you)!
His owner, that had him since he was a puppy, surrendered him because he was marking the house and destroying items. They admitted to leaving Dugan home alone during the day and did not give him daily exercise. Since he has been with his foster, who is home
during the day and prioritizes his daily walks, he has not marked or destroyed anything.
Dugan has previously demonstrated food and resource guarding behaviors - but is friendly with dogs at doggy care and with his foster’s dogs. He shows no interest in his foster’s cat. Dugan would do best as an only dog in a home (kids 10 y/o+) that will give him lots of love, attention and walks.
Dugan is current on shots, neutered, microchipped, and potty trained.
Fun fact: He always sleeps with his tongue out.

Kali
Kali is a female OES – 10-years-old - spayed - groomed - will be current on shots - housebroken - used of crate when she was younger. Joined TXOESR 2 weeks ago. Still with the owner in Austin, TX. Cautious with other dogs.
She has an issue with resource guarding and nipping at very young children (reason for surrender). So, applicants with no children under 10, please. TXOESR checked with veterinarian and groomer, neither have had issues with aggressive behaviors during vet
visits or multiple grooming visits. Kali is just looking for a nice peaceful family to love. Not only does she need a foster, but she is also available for adoption!

Gabby is one of 6 Old English Sheepdog females surrendered to TXOESR by a backyard breeder in east Texas who was using them to breed sheepadoodles. Gabby is a loving, calm, sweet and cuddly girl. Some of her favorite hobbies include car rides, walks, getting brushed, and trying to hold hands with humans (she would probably hold hands all day if she could.) Gabby would do best in a home where someone is home most of the day as she craves human interaction and has separation anxiety. She has a prey drive so not birds or cats.
